I have tried and tried to book a spa break here for my Wife and Daughter they never get back you. You get the impression that they couldn't care less! I started enquiries over a week ago as it is my Wife's birthday on Saturday, left with an empty day now. Thanks for nothing Rookery!

Lovely setting, spa has pool, hydrotherapy pool with massage jets and reclining jacuzzi, steam room and sauna. Treatments (and treatment rooms) are lovely, and there are really nice 'relaxation rooms' if you get a treatment. The rasul treatment is highly recommended (best shared with a partner or friend). Loved the hotel, rooms, public areas and surroundings. Disappointed with restaurant, choice and quality of food. Wine very pricey!
