Last time we went we took all the kids and watched the horse races on the large outdoor patio of Bricktown Brewery. If you love wasting your money in small increments and smoking indoors, this is the place for you! The casino lobby is actually pretty nice, but as soon as you go up the escalator into the slots area, it's a little overwhelming. It's a racetrack. We were there for the Breeder's Cup. Won a little money, lost a little money. It was fun and the food was good.

I have been to larger parks and enjoyed this more intimate setting. We were even able to get quite close to where the horses came by and where they were staged before going to the track. The staff took time to explain betting and what the coding in the booklet meant ... wouldn't get that at the larger parks!!

Visited during the Oklahoma Derby. What a party! We will make plans to go again next year. The Casino was very crowded, but that was to be expected with the Derby taking place.

We spent a lovely evening at the remington Park race track in OK City this past Saturday. The weather was nice and the grandstand area is air conditioned and has great service in Club One and in Silks.
