I didn't like this at all. Animals were kept in cages that were too small, often all alone. They have only very limited shelter. Animal enclosures are right next to each other, with only a wire fence separating one animal from the next one. We heard one of the people who worked there say that their aim was to raise... More

I enjoy the hands on fun in the park. Being able to hold many of the animals and touch even more, is an experience that is enjoyable for all ages. Sadly, the large animals look unkempt and hungry.

We are devotées of this animal park. Where else IN THE WORLD are you allowed or even ENCOURAGED to pet a baby bengal tiger? How about a 6 week old black bear? Baby lion...check. Baby snow leopard, yep. And on the list goes. We go every spring to see what babies they have ready for us bipeds. The staff is... More

Husband took me here on mothers day. Nice park price is a bit steep but they do give military vet and aarp discount. Hands on animal encounters were fun

I heard of this place 3 years ago from family members who had visit the park, I've been hooked since. I make this trip from south california to bandon once a year for this once in a lifetime memory of petting these beautiful baby critters. Where else do you find a place like this with this kind of experience? The... More

Normally I am not the zoo type but these animals are well cared for and loved. My son had a great time playing with the chimpanzees. We even got to hold a possum and ferret and pet an albino skunk and bear. It's a walk thru park so you can take your time enjoying the animals. I sat down on... More

I left feeling sorry for the animals. This is a very poor excuse for a petting zoo. I imagine that small children might like it but they would be oblivious to the overall conditions. I went to take pictures but all I came away with was a sense of disgust and a fair amount of goat crap on my shoes.

The big lion was awesome! This is a perfect stop for kids. Even adults appreciate the photo opp's with peacocks freely walking about, and the deer and burros. There is a breeding site as well so they usually have a baby to bring out for folks - tiger, lemur. You can actually hold the baby! Reasonable price too!

My wife and I made our third visit to this park in April. Joy loves to pet the baby critters of all kinds. This time they had a baby bobcat and two black bear cubs. We also saw a momma wallaby with her joey's head sticking out of her pouch... A first for me. And I'm sure that we'll visit... More

I am not an animal rights guy, but this place I actually felt sorry for the animals. They were aa kept in small cages. There big cats are kept in cages that are probably 20x20 and they all smell like cat urine. The elk they have is kept in a 20x100 pen, this is very small for a range animal.... More
