After spending the day driving up the scenic byway along the coast we were pooped, so opting to settle in for the night with a movie here in the downtown area was the perfect finish. The venue itself is very modern and clean. We bought our tickets online and I was even able to select what specific seats we wanted... More

We stopped in primarily because the theater was only a block from our hotel. What a pleasant surprise! This is a multiplex of small theaters furnished with large and comfortable seats and several tables. The attached bar/cafe has some wonderful food and drinks which you are free to take into the theater with you (just like your living room). The... More

We particularly enjoy seeing a movie here early in the day. When there are not too any other audience members, it is quieter. Sometimes it can be noisy as people eat and sometimes even talk as if they are home in their own living room.. I noticed the last time we were there that they are not serving people their... More

It pretty much lives up to it's name; small living room sized theaters with stepped seating so one can see, with the typical norms of what independent film and art houses have. What gives it it's high rating is that it covers that niche that allows Portlanders to see small art, and independent films that normally one doesn't hear about;... More

Since our sizable metropolis did not yet have a theater in which you could "eat" at, this was a must do event for us when we arrived in Portland. Spacious comfortable seats, an impressive draft beer & wine selection, sushi, sandwiches brought to your table... how could one top that? We enjoyed the movie too! It was in 3-D, and... More

This is a most unique and wonderful place to see a movie, relax is large home-style comfort chair seating and enjoy great food. After ticket purchase, you can either sit in the lounge/eating area or, if enough time before a movie, order a salad or sandwich and have it brought to your seat in the theater. Did I mention they... Really nice theater to kickback and watch movies. They have a nice restaurant area to eat in before the movie or you can order in during the movie. Good selection of snacks, desserts, and entrees, though slightly pricey.

I like the smaller theatre feel that allows you to drink a beer and eat real food during an independent/foreign movie. There is a Sundance Theatre near my home that does that but for twice the cost. It was so refreshing to hear a movie is only $7 and a beer $3! Didn't get 5 stars because the menu didn't... More

The fact that they show independent films and local filmmakers movies was a big selling point. The price for the movie it self was 10 bucks for two people. It is 21 years and over only after 7:00 pm which was nice. They offer a wide array of mixed drinks, wine, and beer. You order your food before you go... More

We couldn't believe how terrific this theater is. Not only the place for art films which I adore, but comfy seats with tons of leg room and food served with a smile right at our seats. I've never had popcorn served in a real bowl at a theater or coffee in a ceramic cup. Thankfully we ordered our tickets (and... More
