Not too crowded, friendly skiers that don't make a beginner feel pressured. lots of space in the lounge even during peak season. staff efficient and friendly.

It is a way to spend the day on the hill with out draining your bank account. I love Hoodoo, it is close to Sister (25 minutes), and you it won't drain your bank account. $25 on Tuesday, and $20 night skiing. 35 well kept runs.

When the snow is good it is great but when it rains please let me hang out for a hot chocolate. Lighted evenings for race practice are great

Hoodoo is a less expensive mountain to ski. It does not always have the best snow so I recommend going just after a big snow. It tends to get wetter snow and can make it a bit sloppy/wet sometimes.

Hoodoo is so great with its super friendly staff and great lodge. Being a little on the low side elevation wise you need to go when winter is cold and blizzardy for good snow, but then the intimate runs truely shine!

Mountain is too small for my personal preference. Slow chairs, but you can catch epic powder on some days. Also, they offer night skiing which is fun. It's closer to the valley for people not wanting to make the trek to Bachelor.
