A beautiful way to stroll over the creek beds and see the waterway with shrimp boats and recreational boats. Nice on a lovely evening for sunset.

We like the addition of the dock/walkway to an already fun area of the coast. The sunset view was excellent!

We went out to eat and then walked over to the park. We saw lots of wildlife. Enjoyed seeing the little fiddler crabs run around. Nice place to sit and watch the boats come into harbor too. Beautiful and Free!! Must see.

Great way to check out the local habitat. Very nice boardwalk and view of Shem Creek, the bridges off in the distance, etc. And it's free.

Shem Creek is a very picturesque area just outside of Charleston. Many shrimp boats are moored there. Previous to now the only way to linger there was to sit outside at one of its fine seafood restaurants. The park is new and has a beautiful boardwalk that runs along side of the creek. BE SURE TO TAKE A CAMERA!

Shem Creek Park is a great place for spending some quiet time watching wildlife as you stroll the boardwalk. There are several restaurants nearby.

Gorgeous park tucked along Shem Creek. Highlights include watching a dolphin swim up the creek, being amazed by tiny crabs with one giant claw waving at us in the mud, spying schools of fish, bird watching and chatting with a family fishing off the pier. Relaxing and great family time.

Loved the whole area. It was great to have a beautiful sunset dinner each night, and very close to our hotel.
