If you have never done this its a must. The captain was great, seen lots of dolphines. Great ride. The only thing I didnt like is we had to wait on the boat for some people running late.

Our family loved this tour. They are very respectful and knowledgable of the area and inhabitants. If you do not see dolphins on the tour you get a card for free tour until you get to see the dolphins. The captain was wonderful, seating is ample, views during the tour are fabulous! Definately a ride worth taking.

It is a good cruise. Ensure that you store all valuables, cell phone in the dry area before the cruise. Be prepared to be fully wet when you reach the ocean, enjoy the few dolphins you can see. The color of water changes from brown to green when you move from the inland river to the sea . Keep a... More

My husband and I were staying near Myrtle Beach for our honeymoon, we decided to take one of these cruises to see the dolphins. All I can say is WOW!!!! The staff were very friendly, and happy to help with anything, for example they were taking photos of couples/groups with your own camera. A very exciting boat trip and it... More

Loved this tour! It was the best thing we did on our trip to Myrtle Beach! We chose this tour because of the dolphin sighting guarantee. They know the places to go and we definitely did see dolphins.

After reading many reviews of the Sea thunder in North Myrtle Beach - we decided to check it out. We are so glad we did! Ticket prices are very reasonable - plus if you look around some coupon books you can find additional discounts!!! We got there early (located at the Harbourgate Marina on Sea Mountain Highway in North myrtle... More

I highly recommend a dolphin cruise on the Sea Thunder. They run a special for the 0900 cruise on Tuesdays - $4 off per ticket. A very good value. The couple who run the cruise are very nice and accomodating. They give you a good history of the area and landmarks you pass. They WANT you to see dolphin. If... More

We road this boat in 2009 and I have talked about it ever since! It was so much fun! Even though they tell you that you may get a little wet, we were absolutely soaked, so dress accordingly If you happen to not see dolphins you will receive a free ride some other time, which my family were hoping that... We came to visit the marina in the Cherry. Grove Beach / N Myrtle. Beach area and happened apon the Sea Thunder Dolphin Tour. We had 5 minutes until sailing and jumped aboard the 2 hour tour.

I booked a few days in advance for the Sunday afternoon time at 1pm. It was very hot and windy. Overall, we loved this experience although we did not see any dolphins. We still enjoyed sightseeing from the boat. The website as well as the captain warned passengers that they might get wet. They need to change this to that... More
