Great destination for kayaking, picnicking, and general outdoor activities. Great bike trails. Nice venue for any outdoor group activity

Easy to get to and beautiful. it's just off the nashville hwy and has a good long set of trails to enjoy

“Great Park in Middle TN !”

I visit this park to ride my mountain bike weekly ! There are over nine miles of trails with many loops that you can do that range from beginner to expert. This is the best riding anywhere in TN that I've found. If you want to swim in a river, drive a RC car on a nice track or even... More
