Sadly I hear there was a lovers spat that could not be resolved and the place has closed. Last time I was by there you could still look into the window and see some of their work.

One of the last few places that still does old-fashioned letterpress printing on historic printing presses = old school, yeah!! They have done posters for some of my fave bands. I've bought cardboard posters and really unique postcards here. Do not miss out on buying the (limited edition?) zombie t-shirt! "Beware. Zombies. Run." Awesome.

This shop that prints unusual posters, cards, and just about anything else you need. They create their own art and it's good. A portrait of favored son Cormac McCarthy was featured in the New York Times Sunday magazine. Unfortunately, the partnership is breaking up. A closing sale is going on now. Go soon!
It's pretty awesome that a place like this is in Knoxville. Their posters can be seen everywhere, from music venues to restaurants to stores. They do really good work. They sell cards, notebooks, t-shirts, things like that. Yay for Yee-Haw!
This store is not like anything you will find elsewhere! They have something for everyone. Old posters/billboards, plus so much more that appeals to many age groups. just love going downtown to check it out.
This is a neat place to visit! If you ask, they will let you go in the back and see the giant old-timey printing press! It's really amazing!!!! They also sell cool gifts (some are pricey though).

If anyone is interested in printing and has, or wants, some knowledge of the early methods of reproduction, a visit here is highly recommended. They have accumulated a large selection of original wooden and metallic type faces which can be hand set, then run...
