My wife and I took , the Mojo Extended and Graceland Tours. Great tours, great guides, friendly staff, and very pleasant experiences. Our tour guide for the Mojo Extended Tour, Kathryn, was excellent. She was a fountain of information, sang songs of the artists, and made the trip a very rewarding experience. Demetrius, our driver, made us feel very comfortable... More

I loved this tour! Getting to see and hear all about the history of music in Memphis was right up my street. Add to that a guide who plays guitar, is an amazing singer and then you get given tamborines to play and you have one hell of an unforgettable trip! Getting to sing and play along really made the... Last year while in Memphis for a meeting, I heard about Backstreet Tours. I am so glad I bought a ticket. The singer/musician/narrator was Memphis Jones. He was so talented and he sure knew Memphis. It was a terrific tour. You are given an overview of the attractions in the downtown area. This way, you can decide where you want... More

Brad, our tour guide, was a lot of fun. This is a fun tour where the whole bus participates. We did the 3 hour tour that included Sun Studios. Absolutely luved that place. I would recommend the tour when you first get to memphis.

This tour gives a nice overview of Memphis and lots of information about the city and its music. It should be done first part of your trip. It is an OLD tour bus so don't expect anything fancy and no bathrooms. They give out tambourines and shakers as the guide does sing a lot of songs illustrating the music of... More

Excellent tour guide, a young lady, Shinika(?), who was a fantastic musician, enthusiastic, and very knowledgeable about music and it's history. I would have liked a bit more information about some of the areas we were driving through. She told us about the significant spots, elvis childhood home, Johnny's home, location of studio's, etc., but we drove around a lot... More

Got on this bus with little knowledge and no expectation of what was to come. Some might think the intro was a tiny bit corny - sharing the tambourines etc- BUT - the star of the show and our guide Kathryn Brawley had such talent and knowledge that I came off that tour feeling like I had a real understanding...
