If vintage cars are your thing, you must see this collection. There are rare and unique cars most have never seen. Cars with propellers?? Yes they have them. Three wheeled cars, mini cars, vintage and cars from different countries are all here.

The museum is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. I am not a car lover nor a museum lover, but this was really special. My husband loves vintage cars and to see the joy on his face as we walked through the exhibition, made it all worthwhile. Like a previous reviewer said, it is not a normal car show, it had... More

Hi Colleen, Thank you so much for your great review! I'm so glad that you enjoyed your visit to the museum! I wanted to write a response because I was curious about the headline for your review - "Jip, for car lovers". I noticed that your profile said you were from South Africa so maybe 'jip' means something different there... More

Loved this self-guided car museum. It was unlike any other I have visited (and I've been to several), particularly with its unusual eastern European vehicles. There were cars, campers, vans, bicycles, motorbikes, motorcycles, folding utility vehicles, and my personal favorite, the aeroluge. You have to see some of these to believe them. Well worth the price of admission, even for... More

This museum specializes in the rare and unique. Saw things here that we haven't seen elsewhere. It has a large collection. Plan on spending an hour or more exploring.

This a neat museum with all the cars and other items throughout. I am not in to cars but my husband really wanted to go and I really enjoyed myself. There are so many different and unusual cars to see it's not like going to a normal car show, it's so much better! My only complaint was the guy working... More

Anyone who considers himself a true automobile fan MUST visit the Lane Motor Museum. We have not enjoyed an automobile collection as much as this one since we visited the (now defunct) Bruce Weiner Microcar Museum in Madison, Georgia. This is a collection of truly rare or unique vehicles in the United States, and overwhelmingly European or Japanese. Not a... More

They say that the tour is about on hour, it took us almost three hours to do it, we were really interested in reading the description for all these old and good preserved cars. I was surprised that back in the 40s there was already cars that were constructed which were electric... so what is the hold up in getting... More

This museum was extremely exciting for my British husband, a lover of all cars. Not so much for me, who is not. So, from his point of view, it was impressive, informative and very interesting. He was delighted by the variety of cars they had on display. They even had a motorcycle area. I was impressed with the children's play... More

So many interesting vehicles (most European) and motorcycles. A hidden gem for anyone who appreciates cars. And a very affordable entrance fee. Allow plenty of time as there is a lot to see!

I have now been here twice. Fist time was a year ago. Over half of the cars had been changed out with the huge selection of cars in the basement. The staff are extremely knowledgable. Great overall experience.
