Sitting by the outdoor pool @ 6pm in 88 degree weather. I can't think of any place I'd rather be. Wishing the poolside bar did not close at 4pm but relaxing none the less. Our "luxury" room is not so luxurious but adequate. Unfortunately, we won't be using the cozy gas fireplace unless we crank up the A/C! We have... More

I visited Barre, Montpelier and Stowe Vermont the first weekend in Jan 2013. As a special treat, we spent a Friday at the Stoweflake Spa - what a relaxing treat! We were two best buddies from back in our college days, spending the day at the spa to catch up, talk, relax and have a pedicure. We started our visit... More

I booked a couple of massages for my sister and I the day after Thanksgiving with a deal that I'd heard about on the radio. It was her 30th birthday so it seemed like a fantastic treat for her. While she loved it as doesn't get out much with two kids at home, I expected more from this spa which... More

My husband and I both enjoyed great massages. Next time I will take advantage of the free use of the facilities before and after. The spa does not look like much from the outside, but the inside is comfortable, cozy and relaxing.

Stayed for a few days. Great bars and restaurants, spa was incredible, yoga class was appreciated, room was awesome (get one with a fireplace)!

I go here to relax and have a nice romantic getaway. The outdoor hottub is nice and cozy in the wintertime. I recommend this place to anyone who just wants to get away.

My husband and I travel every October around our anniversary. While on our travels, we look for the prime places for a couples massage. This year we choose Stoweflake Mountain Resort and Spa. My husband's hour massage was with Barb. Barb is a petite woman who one might think could not give a massage. She proved my husband wrong. He... More

I left the Ye Olde England Inne after a horrific sight, and this resort is outstanding. I don't know if I have ever seen anything like it. So clean, it's absolutely wonderful. I would recommend this to anyone, and it's so worth the money.

It is a great sized resort. Double rooms and townhomes. As we have three children we had to get a townhouse...a pet peeve of parents with over two children. Still, the townhouse we had was fairly updated and we loved the space. #652 of Meadow townhouses if you are going. Close to piecasso restaurant and across the street from a... More

My family ate lunch at Charlie B's and were very happy. The portions are, in some cases, enough to split and the service is very nice. There was also the balloon festival in the beginning of July that was fun for all!
