What a wonderful place! Tour the factory its a short tour but lots of fun kids love it to! With a free sample at the end yummy too! Beautiful grounds and fun free activities for the kids to enjoy gift shop out of this world and the grave yard of bvuried flavors that will never return is quite a sight.... More

Not a reason in itself to come to this area of Vermont, but good to see if you're passing through. We stopped here on our way back to Boston from Stowe. The tour was mediocre (video, see factory floor from above, mildly enthused tour guide) but they did give a generous sample of a tasty cinammon flavored ice cream that... More

Ben & Jerry brand of ice cream is so well known that we felt we should make the effort to go through their factory tour since we were already in the area. From other reviewers, we already had fairly low expectations of this place, and we have to agree with others that the tour is pretty ho-hum, even though out... More

My kids loved this! A tour which includes a movie that really told the story of how these two men started this world wide success of ice cream par excellence plus free ice cream samples at the end. They were completely entertained and loved that they got to give feedback on the taste test at the close of the tour.... More

Love factory tours. Can't ever remember paying for one. Was it worth it? Meh ... The Blue Bell Creamery tour in Texas was much more extensive and informative -and it was free. Should you go? If you're a B&J fan and have nothing else to do, sure but wouldn't go too far out of my way to get there.

During a New England/Mid-Atlantic states trip last summer, we went a bit out of our way to visit here; the drive across central Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont was very interesting and worth the trip itself. The factory museum/tour/park is cute, but without a lot of depth. It was nice to get a free ice cream since it was my... More

If you are going to be in Vermont and it is not ski season you might as well stop by once. It has it's quirks but I think it's worth a try. The flavor graveyard was interesting, never realized how many flavors are no longer made. Good way to spend a hour and have some ice cream.

We went there today with my husband and it was very nice. Lush green area around it, lots of families. We didnt take the tour since it was half hr before closing but looks like it would be interesting. Ice cream was yummy as one would expect, nice customer service from a very attentive, chirpy associate :) she showed us... More

If you are in the neighborhood just tour the grounds and go to the cemetery of "discontinued flavors" . do not go to the factory tour !! I went and it was a dissappointment It is a waste of money & time save your money !! This is extremely helpful if you have a family the tour is very brief... More

Let's face it, no one in their right mind would turn down a turn of an ice-cream factory. The tour was relatively inexpensive at $4 per person, and you get a great narrated tour which ends in free samples! While the tour isn't so pricey, I wish I could say the same about the ice-cream purchased afterward... I think my... More
