Not the first time I have booked an appointment and they would not honor it. When you attempt to talk to a manager all you get is voicemail. Wonderful facility.... terrible experience with the staff.

I really like this spa. It brings all of the treats and whistles of what one expects for a little TLC. A relaxation area, fluffy robe, sauna, whirlpool and good array of services. I usually hang out here and read after my treatment. Very calming decor tops off the visit.

Loved the relaxation room and enjoyed the massage and the facial. Soaking in the hot water felt great as well.

We had the last appointments of the day and they were cleaning up while the spa was still "open" and we were using the relaxation rooms.

I have been to this spa twice. The facility is amazing and the service is very good. I had the best pedicure of my life there accompanied by a glass of wine and a view. That said, not a great facial. I went here with my wife as part of a great Living Social deal. She enjoyed the facial (though wasn't overly impressed). I received a massage. The whole atmosphere was terrific and just what you'd expect from a spa.

Landsdowne is a nice gem in Loudoun for golf, a relaxing lunch, and a great spa.
