I think all will enjoy stepping aboard the historic USS Wisconsin. Im not a history buff and it truly captivated and fascinated me to see the enormous scale of this beautiful vessel. It will definetly impress!

Although the Hampton Roads Naval Museum is located in the Nauticus(which charges admission) it is free to enter Hampton Roads. Although the space is small, there is a lot to see and learn here. “Lots of dispays”

They have a fair amount of dispays and paintings, including a mock-up of the USS Monitor turret. Best of all you get to go aboard the USS Wisconsin. Go on Mondays when the Nautilus is closed. You can park right there.

You should take the time to see history unfold. It is hard to choose which place you want to visit. Think of your expectations and then pick a place to go. If like it go on to the next. Each place is unique and fun to see.
