We took our young grandkids (6 and 2) here, and they thoroughly enjoyed seeing the animals, and interacting in some venues. Food is what you would expect (fast food fare), but you can take snacks in. Plan on spending at least two hours here to be able to see everything.

This is a great zoo. It is not as big as some other zoos I have been to in other cities but for what they have they do a great job. The exibits are interesting and the views of the animals are good. The staff was very friendly.

Enjoyed the visit. A bit chilly so some animals not outside but that was the only disappointment. Train ride was entertaining. Volunteer at giraffe area very knowledgable.
