Its such a bonus to have a well maintained Theatre on the doorstep. We've been to a number of shows and also used their cinema, but mostly we go there for the shows. They have a good variety of shows, from plays, to ballets to tribute acts and of course panto's. The staff are always very nice and friendly and... More

As Horsham residents, we have been to varied performances over the years and have always been impressed with this venue. The modernisation of the front rather took away the original atmosphere but needs must. Can’t have the place falling down. The staff, many of whom I expect are volunteers, are always very happy to chat to the patrons and are... More

Cinema is good although limited films, shows always good but what lets it down is the bar service as never enough bar staff and always very young and inexperienced. We queued for half an hour then got given the wrong drinks, the girls seemed to have no idea what they were doing, drinks were very pricey too, wine was awful!... More

Small and intimate Screen1; well raked seating so everyone gets a good view, with comfortable seats. Not the size of 'personal armchairs' at larger cinemas, but perfectly acceptable. Great for an afternoon showing, never too crowded, and close to town centre or railway station.

Have been there twice recently - once near Christmas with my grandson for a children's show and once to see Les Miserables (film). The seats are very comfortable and the size of the auditorium makes it a more intimate experience. Monday evening cinema rates were very good. The audience was left stunned at the end of Les Misreables - you... More

A great day out, could have a better bar but I enjoyed having my nephew with me for. A day out. The toys they were selling were way overpriced but it is always a difficult one to resist . The building is in very good condition , well kept , and the shows are always nice. I would say that... More

We've been to the cinema side of the Capitol on a number of occasions. It's a modern, very smart building with a small cafe in the front lobby for light refreshments. which is a great meeting place too. Seating in the cinema (I think they have two auditoria, a small and a larger one) is very comfortable. Tickets can be... More

We had tickets to see The Hobbit - good film, reasonable seats but NO popcorn! It was a 3D film and glasses were provided, which is good.
