This VA beach boardwalk is amazing! 3 miles of boardwalk with restaurants and hotels on one side of you and the beach on the other. Lots of great parks and attractions. When we were there, there was several food booths selling fair type food. Check out the giant statue of King Neptune! Really cool!

I loved walking along the boardwalk, seeing all the family bikes and visitors out for a walk. There are some great restaurants pretty much from one end to the next.
great for a jog, or long walk. Lot's of stop offs if needed to rest., very clean area, last sunday they had a concert outside, fair amout of selections to have dinner or lunch.
We take our bikes and ride up and down the boardwalk. They have a bike path and we stop in one of the many restaurants on the boardwalk for lunch. All the national news about what happened down there a few weeks ago is an isolated incident. We go once a month and never have a problem.
one of the best experience. Very clean & long boardwalk. Unlimited activities. You can eat right in front of the water at any restaurant and choice you like. They have bike lane too.

At 1st Street is where the playground is located, whete people would fish, and where the Inlet is with lots of boats parked. There are hotels and...

This was our first trip to VA Beach, so the boardwalk was different than other beaches. We loved it. There was a place to walk or ride bikes, etc. It was a great way to walk and take in the sights.
