Possibly the shiniest and most marketed winery in Door county. However, it's more of a huge gift shop that attempts to selling something to everyone. It's a bit of a hollow experience and the wines are pretty unremarkable.

We have visited several Wisconsin wineries and have always enjoyed the tours - this particular one was quite disappointing. It seemed his only purpose was to get us through the tour as fast as possible so we could go to the tasting room. We watched a few minute long video and he talked a little about the process, then showed...

My husband and I did the wine trail this past weekend. This was our favorite winery. Huge selection, and tastings. They also had fudge and olive oils to sample. Great way to start our weekend.
After almost a week of no "Adult Only" time we decided to have the older kids watch their younger siblings while mom and I went to explore the winery. We were in heaven with the wall to wall wines, flavored olive oils and even spirits. We had a 30 minute wait until the next tour so we made our way...

We stopped and found a lot of sugar based fruit wine. We like to drink real wine. Unfortunately their chardonnay, cabernet, etc missed the mark. If you like sweet and fruit, stop on by.
This winery has many flavors of wine, port, and liquor. I'm impressed that the tastings are free and don't have a limit. There are so many good flavors. I recommend the Wedding Wine. We ended up bying 6 bottles - and saving 10%. The building is beautiful with a water feature. They carry many other trinkets and wine accessories as...

Every time we come to Door County we visit Door Peninsula. They expanded the winery to include a vodka distillery, and they also now make gin and brandy as well. All tasting samples are complimentary! The wine is very good and they have many different types to choose from! We usually walk away with about 6 bottles or so to...

We enjoyed sampling wines, dining at Bistro42, and being able to purchase our favorite wines, beers, glasses and other items from their nice selection! Can't wait to come back!
It is a 'Must See' if you are exploring Door County! The wine tasting is enjoyable even if you are a beer drinker like me.
The winery also houses a distillery and restaurant. They offer tours, but I chose to go straight to the store and tasting areas. Winery and distillery are separate parts of the building. The winery offers a whole lot of wines ranging from dry to really sweet. There are the traditional wines in addition to more fruity wines, all delicious and...
