Keep in mind that Timbavati is still under construction. If you’re going for the animals, you’ll be just fine. If you’re going for cosmetics, you may want to wait. I went the first weekend of November and Timbavati was only in phase one of their three phase construction. They still have much work to do regarding maintenance, exhibits, upkeep, etc....

I was really hesitant to make this stop on our most recent trip to the dells because of all the bad reviews, but I'm glad we did stop. At full price, I really think it would have been a rip off considering the current condition of the park, but they were offering a 2 for 1 deal and that made...

Timbavati was under construction when we visited this weekend, but it was still very enjoyable. They have big plans for expansion and it will be lovely when complete, with lots of opportunities to pet and feed animals.
This was a decent enough place, still kind of under construction. The normal prices seem way too high for what they offer but when we went they had a 2 for 1 offer that made it worth the price. I think once the entire park is completed it may be a better value for the higher prices. I also have...

My Mom, my son, and I went to Timbavati Wildlife Park over Columbus Day weekend. We paid extra for the train ride and it was definitely worth it! We got to feed the "World's Largest Antelope" and it was HUGE! Animals came right up to the side of the train, which was pretty awesome (it's like a much cheaper version...

Went to visit the Wildlife Park on a Saturday in November. What a nice distraction from the water slides and indoor amusement parks! It was quiet, serene, and the walk around the park was amidst beautiful tall oaks and pine trees. The animals were caged in clean and spacious pens. The train ride was a great surprise! We were given...

The came with our family to this event. The train ride was neat...with the animals eating out of hand. The rest was very rough and you could tell they were still in the midst of remodeling the former amusement park. We had a good time...just not worth the $50 at this time. Hopefully~more will be ready by next summer. The...

This will be a wonderful place to visit once its done with the construction. Loved feeding the animals. Train ride is worth the added price. Can't wait to see what they add for next season.
This is a nice-sized animal park that little kids would love. It is a little dated but still a cute place. The train was well loved by our little one.
