Food was mediocre. It felt like a cafeteria. Lots of people from tours. The day we went there were 2 tour groups (around 60 people from tours only!, like 80 people in total. They get to eat first and get the seats closer to the band. Bad jokes (not family oriented- about what men liked in woman and one of... More

We weren't sure what to expect, but the evening was quite entertaining! They are very organized, making loading the wagons quick, and easy, as well as getting everyone through the chow line in record time. The buffet is all you can eat barbequed chicken, beef, corn on the cob, baked beans and salad. Blondies for dessert. The band is very... More

Been to both chuckwagon attractions in Jackson a couple times each, this is our favorite. The ride up the mountain road to their Forest Lease camp is the highlight, even with the cheezey attack by hostiles. The food is pretty good for a mass production, the entertainment good and not too terribly long. Do grab a brownie when they are... More

This was one of the highlights of our trip out west. The students/cowgirls hired are so mannerly and make it a point to help you feel welcome, even remembering your names. Our guide was very knowledgable about the area and about the horses. My son even got to drive the wagon with her help. The food was good (bbq chicken,... More

Good way to blow a couple of hours and the food is pretty good, plus you get a hohie show to go along with it.

Looking at some of the reviews of this attraction, someone said it was childish and not worth it. I disagree. The trip was fun. A ride in a covered wagon (with tires and cushioned seats), attacked by indians (again not real, but so what), brought us to a spot where a cowboy dinner was served. The food was outstanding, especially... More

By far my kids favorite event on our trip! It was entertaining and enjoyable. All three of my girls had a chance to "drive" the wagon, they got to sing with the band, and were so pleased with the trip. Food and service was great. Well worth every penny!

We loved the great service. The food was decent for being served out in the forest. The girl driving our team of wagons was so friendly and nice. Enjoyed the music. I would recommend this adventure for all ages.

If you're city folk like our family, you need to treat yourself to this experience. Our son loved the wagon train ride. You get a good sense of what the wagon trail experience must have been like in days of old. The food at the cook-out was decent, but not great. The show was hokey, but hoe-down-type fun nonetheless. I... More
