Nice lava showers open to sky. Due to renovations, 15 min. before & after treatment get to relax in ocean front Relaxation Room with Awesome ocean view, tasty edible treats, & plush lounges. Even though we were there over an hour early, staff did not find me (I went to the restroom inside the spa area) and I had to... More

I was so excited to have a great spa experience while staying at the Hyatt. I was wary of the prices, but decided it would be nice to stay on property and make an afternoon out of it. Upon arriving at the spa, I was instantly dissapointed in the facilities. Maybe I have seen too many amazing spas (having grown... More

We had time to kill as our plane left at 10 pm and we had to be out of our unit by 11 am. What to do,what to do??? Decided to get a couples massage at the Grand hyatt hotel. Wonderful idea. My massage therapist was Christi and she seemed very experienced. She found all the "spots" and increased the... More

We had a couples massage. It was expensive, but you pay for the experience. I definitely recommend giving yourself extra time before and/or after the massage to enjoy the extra amenities at the spa, like the hot tubs, pool, steam room, and sauna.

The spa area you can actually use is VERY small. Very limited food menu at the SMALL enclosed pool area. If massage is in the garden hale, it's beautiful but not for $300. Employees are walking around on the sidewalks near the hales, rolling noisy carts filled with towels. You cannot use the pool areas along the beach or in... More

The massage I had here was world-class. She worked it for one hour solid... really powerful but gentle at the same time. One of the best massages I've had. The place itself is very nice. You can use the Hot Tub, sauna and pool before or after your service. Plenty of towels. The shower area is very nice with beautiful... More

We enjoyed a couple's massage in the outdoor hale and my massage from David was among the best I've had. My husband also enjoyed his. Due to the cost and time, we only got 50 minute massages. Having the outdoor area really added to the experience. The lava showers to use in the locker rooms were pretty neat. No one... More

When we go on vacation, we like to try a spa, and have been fortunate to have experienced several. Anara Spa is definitely 'up there' among these experiences. Of course, you get what you pay for -- this one isn't cheap. My husband says it's his 'second favorite' that we've visited. (The Kohala Spa at the Hilton on the Big... More
