Perfect location! The condo was well maintained, comfortable, complex clean, and grounds wonderful!! Sitting on your lanai each morning overlooking the ocean,....how can it be better than that! Pool was well maintained. The access to sugar beach...just plain perfect!!

Went snorkeling here on our first day after arriving in Maui. The water was a little cloudy, however, others reported that the day before it was much clearer. There were some nice fish and coral, but not as much as other areas we visited. We went to the left of the beach near the rocks.

It was nice to walk around, just across the street plenty of food outlets - tacos and other stuff. Nice afternoon time.

We were at the south end of Kihei beach. The reason I'm telling you this is because you need a car to get to the north end. Kihei is very spaced out and doesn't seem to have a "centre". The local supermarket is about a mile away, the main one is about 3 miles. This is NOT a "night life"...
