My husband and I love to kayak on the Bay. Beautiful vistas and great paddling. Also, surprisingly, there are not that many other boats to contend with - especially in June.

Excellent place to enjoy a sunrise/set, watch some boats, and just enjoy the natural beauty of Maine's coast. The islands add so much character to the bay.
This is simply Maine! Beauty all around with Islands dotting the bay. Cruise ships visit during the summer for great pictures.
If visiting Arcadia, you can see Frenchman Bay from its highest point, make sure you bring that camera, you're gonna need it!
Peaceful and relaxing place to go and enjoy taking photos, going for a walk, or feeding seagulls. Really enjoyed watching the boats coming in and the peaceful terrain. Would go again. Nice walking path that isn't strenuous. Definitely recommend.

Absolutely gorgeous! We got some wonderful photos here. We thought it was lots of fun watching the huge cruise ships sail in (usually in the early morning) and then watching the Margarett Todd Sail Boat sail around. Definitely bring your camera!

The porcupine islands and a few others dot the bay, with it's many smaller arms and coves. The best overall look of...

this area of the island is as beautiful as it comes, cruise shipd anchor off shore, some tour boats are also located here.
We used to love to watch the Ferry come and go. Now it is cruise ships. We like to walk the "Bar" over to one of the Porcupine Islands during low tide.
