Went with 8 people ranging in age 26 to 64! We started at Asheville Brewing, to Pisgah to Highlands and back to ABC. The tour guide was fun and informative and kept us laughing. At Pisgah we sampled 3 or 4 different beers, nibbled on some hops while the brew master took us around and explained the different processes involved... More

I have "cruised" twice with ABC and it's been a great time both times! Would highly encourage big groups of friends go, but if it's just you or you and a friend/loved one, you'll still have a blast. The tour guide we had on the first cruise said it best, "you only know who you came with but by nites... More

Asheville Brews Cruise was great fun. Our family of 4 (we brought our grown children) visited Altamont, Highland and French Broad breweries, guided by Aaron who drove us on the Brews Cruise bus. Aaron was a wonderful host who filled our heads with information and who filled our glasses with beer at each stop! The brewers at each company spoke... More

By far my favorite thing about my trip to Asheville. I admit I went for beer tourism given the time of year limits outdoor activities. It was only my wife, myself and another gentleman on the cruise but it was more than I expected. The amount of alcohol consumed was well in excess of the $50 we paid (maybe b/c... More

We were four guys from out of town in need of a fun time in Asheville. The brews cruise was awesome. We had Nicole as our tour guide. She gave us great information about the breweries and Asheville in general. We talked to two different brewers that were happy to answer all questions. I highly recommend it and let loose... More

We had a group of 8 girls on the tour. It was a blast we loved trying all the different beers and visiting the local breweries. I would recommend this to anyone who likes beer!

I will admit, that only a few short years ago, I mainly drank Bud Light, Coors Light and Natural Light. I have since been branching out and trying other beers. My husband and I have become really interested in brewery tours since touring the Sam Adams Brewery in Boston. This tour highly exceeded our expectations. We chose the walking tour... More

Such a good and interesting tour! Take the walking tour if you have a choice since you'll get to 4 places rather than 3 on the mobile one. All were in the downtown area and you got a bit of a stroll thrown in. First stop included a terrific introduction to brewing and the start of tasting some outstanding beers... More

Beer city is the east coast pilgrimage for beer geeks, home brewers, etc. And, brews cruise offers pairings of breweries & transportation. Plus, our guide JC wet our appetites with stories & shared some laughs along the way. So, all you have to do is focus on the beer! This was my 2nd time around. Did highland & french broad... More

Our tour was on Sunday, 9/23 and started from Asheville Brewing Company. JC was our most excellent tour guide. According to JC another couple had cancelled and he was supposed to cancel the cruise because of less than 4 people but he decided to have the tour anyway and take a chance on us. WE WERE SOOO GLAD THAT HE... More
