Here is the place to get good cheap eats, watch the street performers, and shop. I don't care if it is touristy. I was a tourist and it was for me. I got a fantastic plate of lobster mac & cheese, and some yummy macaroons from one of the bakeries. It's a really neat experience with something for everyone.

Cool place to check out. Although we went there too early in the morning AND then too late in the evening. The bars were open. Watch your ankles in the cobblestones ;)

Skip the marketplace and go straight to the Faneuil Hall historical museum which is great. Quincy market is basically a food court. Limited seating; forget it if you are with a group of more than 4 and want to sit together. One of our party found a hair in her food. Yuck.

Being from New England my whole life and taking frequent trips to Boston, Faneuil Hall Marketplace still never gets old. I am as excited each visit just as I was my first trip in 6th grade. My last visit was 2 weeks after the marathon bombing and it was just awesome to see all of the people out and about,... More

Stayed within a block of Faneuil & Quincy Market. Any type of food you could possibly imagine is here, along with vendors of all sorts! There are restaurants & many stores too, like those you may see in your local mall. Literally anything you could think of all wrapped up into one place! There are also street entertainers and horse/carriage... More

What can you say about the number 1 attraction in Boston? Yes, it's a tourist trap, and has lots of tacky stuff, but there are gems too, and the food hall has some wonderful and unusual treats. Just don't try to get a seat at lunchtime! Don't visit Boston without seeing this attraction - and buy a 'Boston Strong' tee... More

If you visit Boston, do not miss the opportunity to see the famous Quincy Market, where you can spend the whole day in it. The whole family enjoyed buying souvenir items sometime in August, 2013, at the same enjoying the assorted foodstuffs sold everywhere. Then we sat in one of the benches outside, taking pictures, notwithstanding the mid noon heat... More

A great way to pass some time cheaply, food from everywhere, cheap and in the normal American size portions. Great to just wander through or to sit on one of the benches and take in the scenes.

This area was a fun place to visit. Tons of little food shops to get your fix of pretty much anything you're craving. Also a great tourist spot where booths are set up with anything from Boston T-shirts to jewelry, to socks, and paintings. There are also a number of sit-down restaurants in the area and some mall shopping on... More
