If this is the best in New York, you would not want to see the worst. These comedians were not funny at all. One of them even said, "Im dying here", as nobody was laughing. There were two moms who brought their 14 year old daughters. What the hell were they thinking. This was very filthy language for 14 years... More

Paid $10 per ticket in Times Square, so worth haggling to get down from 20, it's a good taxi ride out to the east side, and if you haven't Pre-booked get there a little earlier and go for a drink in the Irish bar round the corner, have a few large drinks and possibly stick to $15 soft drink package... we were approached on times square by two ticket sellers, they were friendly and informative and were up-front about the 2 drink limit. however, reading through all the reviews, there seems to be a variation in ticket prices and we definitely paid the more expensive end at $20 a head! we arrived at 9.30 as instructed and had to wait... There were a lot of comedians and liek everywhere, a mixed bag. In three hours probably ten comedians of varying length. Only two were very funny, maybe three on a stretch. When you couple that news with the $20/person on a Thursday night and the two drink ripoff, my date night for two cost me $95. If I take the... More

We visited the New York Comedy Club in December 2012 and although we enjoyed the patter from the guy who sold us the ticket we were not so impressed with the club being "just off broadway"- a good 25 blocks off in fact. We really enjoyed the comedians but the $42 dollar bill at the end was less impressive- particularly... More

It was inexpensive and fun, great seats for everyone, some good some only so-so - you just never know.... just what I like about a NYC club. Drinks were a rip off - jack and coke $12 each for a tiny one, but it was strong at least.....

Me and my wife were stopped by a young man on Times Square who convinced us to go see the show. He started off at $20/ticket, but ended at $15/ticket (can be purchased for $10/ticket apparently). He described the whole experience as family friendly, with an intimate and personal environment. Each group/couple would get a personal table and get a... More

My husband and I had such a wonderful time on a Friday night. The club its self sells out really fast and it was an intimate setting. Don't expect a giant place but I felt the NYC vibe. The staff even gave us free tickets to come back and we will with friends! Thanks!

Its hard to rate a comedy club because a lot depends on which comedians are performing on a night you go. The reason I really WANT to give this club a good review is because of 1) the person who sold us tickets & 2) because of the hilarious comedians we saw. I'll start from the beginning and say I... We actually decided to try out the comedy club Rodney Dangerfield since we kept getting hounded to buy tickets. We really really enjoyed ourselves. There was about 6 comedians and all of them hilarious. Some were writers from SNL or had been on Comedy Central etc... Definitely check it out.
