We recently went to the Terracotta Warriors exhibit. We got the audio tour which was very good. It came to about $30 per person with audio tour (AAA discount available - need to show card). I've always been fascinated with these figures and hope to visit the site in Xian some day. The exhibit was a great chance to see... More

I went to the SPY exhibition which opened last Friday, and was recommended by Time Out as one of their picks of the week. It cost 28, inc taxes which was expensive, but I was hoping it woulld be worth it. The exhibition is over two floors and gives a potted history of espionage from the second world war onwards.... Very well done exhibit. The right mix of video, audio and clever displays. Perfect for before a show. Plan to spend at least 1 1/2 to two hours. We arrived in the city at 11 spent 1/12 hours a light lunch and a times square stroll then made the matinee. Close proximity to theaters. More

The Terracotta Warrior exhibit was very interesting. The statues are 6 feet tall and look amazing. Very interesting exhibit. Would highly recommend going to see it. More

We were completely disappointed after spending a bloody fortune to go to the Dead Sea Scrolls exhibit. They let way too many people in and once we finally got in we were told it was an additional hour wait to see the scrolls. More

My son and I did the Discovery CSI experience. It was inlcuded in the New York Pass so we went. It was pretty good. It wasn't too hard to figure out what happened in the "crime" but it was still fun to go through the steps. More

Always great exhibits here. I've been able to see the wonders of the world right in my backyard. If you are going at a peak visiting time I highly recommend buying your tickets online ahead of time (you'll probably still have to stand outside and wait in line to enter). If you're going on an off-peak day you can just... More

The exhibit was well thought out but only a few representative warriors were on loan. One does not get the impact of seeing 8000 warriors in formation around the First Emperor's tomb. I highly recommend getting the audio tour as it is more illuminating than the little plaques next to the exhibits. Overall it was good but not expansive. It... More

Great location. great organization. It's like a little museum. I went to see the Terracotta Warriors. Lots of souvenirs in the gift shop and TLC's Cake Boss pastries and cakes for sale in the "food" court before you exit. Only thing I didn't like was that they weren't organized in formation like they were found but on display like in... More

Not sure what the entry fee was for this as I went as part of a preview for educators. I took my teenaged daughter along for a student perspective. On the whole, the exhibit was well-done although we would have appreciated more specific signage. We're both history nuts so maybe that was just us. What a treat it was to... More
