The golf course at Furnace Creek looks like an Oasis in the desert. Didn't golf there, but would like to.

We had extra time at Death Valley, so we signed up for an early tee time. The course was good, but not great. However, playing in Death Valley was really lots of fun. The course is in an oasis, and the views are great. Playing in the morning was enjoyable, since we could enjoy the day w/o getting overheated!
The golf course is very nice but probably overpriced by comparison with the golf course in Pahrump. The experience of golfing below sea level was a nice bucket list item, but nothing more.
Set among the date palms of Furnace Creek this is the world's lowest golf course. There is a pleasant pro shop, casual, often drop in tee times, and a pleasant 18 hole course. Don't be surprised to see a coyote or two ambling along the course as you wind around lakes with ducks and the gorgeous scenery of the mountains...

A trip to Furnace Creek via Hwy 395 from Carson City Nevada is so amazing. The scenery and topography along this trip is so worth it. My husband and I love the desert and the experience at the Furnace Creek oasis. The motel rooms have been up graded, the golf course is, as usual, in great shape and we were...

Just returned from a weekend at Furnace Creek Ranch and playing Furnace Creek Golf Course. The ranch was remodelled a few years ago and even though the outside looks dated, the rooms were well appointed, clean, and comfortable.
Had dinner twice at the Steakhouse. Great steaks and service. A little pricy, but they do have a captive audience. Had breaksfast...

True story; began my round at 12:30 p.m. and yes, I was only one on the course. Played there on June 30th. $30 green fees and you can play for as long as you like. Of course you have to take a motorized cart and there is no water on the course, so make sure you bring lots of your...

Only played 9 holes just say Ive played at the worlds lowest golf course. Didnt have any equipment so for 9 holes, clubs, balls and cart it came to about $40. For the location of the course its well kept and plays well. As its wide open and flat its a good challenge for all levels of golfer. Maybe because...

I played this course in late October. Everything was excellent with only the 11th green needing some work on it. You can play nine or eighteen holes. The green fee for 18 was $55 without a cart. It is as expected a flat course with what I would call medium difficulty. Even though its 200+ feet below sea level, I...
