We were in town for an O's game and had some time to kill between lunch and the game. We followed the 60 (count 'em) baseballs painted on the sidewalk from Oriole Park to the Museum and are glad we did. Lots of great little facts about "The Babe" that we found interesting and just a really cool museum. The... More

This was a small Museum but had lots of fun things in it! Staff very friendly. I would recommend stopping by.

Must be a baseball fan to truly appreciate the significance of 'the Babe'. Short walk from Camden Yards, totally safe.

Great place, and well worth the trip. In fact, worth a special trip if you are a died in the wool baseball nut. However, if you are in a mixed group with baseball nuts and lukewarm fans, there is a lack of diversity in the exhibits: not as much of interest for the non-afficionado. Still a great place. I would... More

Not in the best part of town. Did not feel real safe walking with wife and kids even during the day. My 12 year old loved it and the 8 year old was bored.

Sine you are near Camden yards you may swell check out this fitting tribute to the bambino himself. Can get through in 30 mins and has nice displays. Overall good.

This is a "George Washington slept here" kind of attraction, in that it is notable for its connection to a famous person and not a lot else. Ruth's humble origins are part of his legend, so it is cool to see this small row house where he was born, though all that remains of the row house are a few... More

Small but interesting. Background on Ruth, and on homerun hitters. So interesting artifacts. A worthwhile trip for any baseball fan.

Although it is a little museum it is nice for a baseball fan and if you are looking to do something quickly. There is a great speaker on baseball in the 1800s.

I went with my teen son, the baseball fan. He was most interested in the baseball history details, while I was fascinated with Ruth's family history. I did not know he came from a family of working class German immigrants, nor did I know much about his upbringing, early problems with school and authority, etc. So we both learned something!...
