There is a lot to do here. Lots of historic homes to go into. Pick the good ones! Don't buy tickets on the River Front. Pick and choose the ones you want to go into. We did not have tickets to the Juilette Lowe house but went in for 8.00 a piece well worth it!

Savannah is a beautiful city in every way. We got to walk around and see the amazing parks, beautiful homes and charming people of the city and then took a bike tour around the city. Our tour guide was great and took us to see some of the highlights of the city. Can not wait to go back and spend... More

beautiful city, full of history, River Street is a must see, so many shops and restaurants, various entertainment all around, huge ships and yachts going up and down the river--so relaxing

The historic district is more intimate & old South with its squares & Spanish Moss. The buildings are unique & well restored. I would visit again.

This quaint town with its' many park squares, old homes and churches to tour is a great way to have a leisurely getaway. The riverfront shops and dining also offer some more fast paced entertainment.

We stopped in Savannah on our trip and should have built in more time. The Historic District has so much to see and do that we were in overload trying to get as much in one day as possible. The trolley tour was worth it and the ability to hop on and off at stops is a plus. Walking around... More

Took a trolly "on and off" tour throughout the historic district so we could explore at our own pace- Forsythe Park, Juliette Gordon Low Birthplace, saw all 22 of the "squares". Lots of history and beautiful sights!

The historic district of Savannah is untouched by time. The old homes and the early businesses remain as they were. One's imagination does not have to work hard to see how it was. The natural environment adds to the charm. The trees with moss and the older varieties of shrubs are there in abundance. A good way to get the... More
