My husband and I just returned from our third trip with Hidden Canyon Kayak....we are looking forward to more! Each of our trips has been of the 5 day camp, kayak, and hike variety. Dave pretty much takes care of everything as far as meals, equipment and a daily schedule tailored to the wishes of the participants. Each trip has... More

If I'm honest I was a little worried about kayaking on such a HUGE lake on a little kayak but it was so so worth it! Fantastic way to see the lakes and so personal- You can just go where you want. Dave was excellent- helpful and full of great info really made the trip fun and exciting. Much better... More

I took a group of twelve high school girls, none of whom had done much camping or kayaking before, for a six day trip to Lake Powell. Dave and Clint took great care of us and showed us the most incredible things. They planned perfectly for our skill and comfort level, and made adjustments on the spot as the weather... More

I was on a 5 Day Kayak Trip with Hidden Canyon Kayak. We stayed around the Rainbow Bridge area near LOTS of really cool little side and slot canyons. We loaded up their motorized support boat the morning of day 1, we brought our clothes and they brought everything else - camping gear, food, the kitchen, kayaks ... We set... More

We went on a half-day kayak trip with Dave. He's a friendly guy with good knowledge of, and ample experience with, Lake Powell. The water is beautiful and surprisingly warm. We kayaked to a couple of peaceful inlets while the guide explained about the geology and origins of the lake. (He has a strong opinion on society issues as well!)... More

We booked the full day support boat kayak adventure. Our guide Dave was knowledgeable, interesting, personable, and easy going. He geared the trip to the group's abilities. On our motorized trip into Face Canyon, Dave provided some interesting facts about the area and explained the geological formations in easy to understand terms. We unloaded the kayaks very quickly once we... More

After visiting Zion National Park, we came to Lake Powell and decided to experience it with HCK. We went on the overnight trip package. We had many doubts especially concerning the food, since we are vegetarian family. After starting the trip, our doubts were completely gone. Our guides, Clint and Johnny, were great. They thought about every detail. They were... More

After taking a trip down the Colorado River, my wife and I took a kayak trip on Lake Powell. Our guide, Paul, was very helpful and experienced. He went over the basics of kayaking with us before launching. He did not push our limits but instead catered to our abilities. We did not feel pressured at all and enjoyed the... More
