We stopped in before we hit the hiking trails on the smokey mountain parkway. We bought a pair a Keen hiking shoes for myself and my 6 yr old daughter. She also climbed their 30 ft rock wall and loved it!

We always stop in this store and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good selection of camping and hiking equipment.

Every time we come to Gatlinburg we always stop by. NOC is a great place for any outdoor activity. My wife and I enjoy hiking and always enjoy looking at their latest shoes, clothing and gadgets. The kids enjoy the big black bear and playing checkers by the fire. It's a neat store to just stop by and check out.

Lots of cool products, unique stuff you might not find anywhere else. We like to walk around and browse, I can't say I ever bought anything though, maybe I am too cheap!

Remember you do have to paddle, and you will get very wet. We had a great time. The kids really enjoyed being able to use the water guns on the other rafters, and we all had a blast.

This is the second NOC I have visited, and is by far the larger and more involved of the two. The customer service was exceptional considering the number of people there during my visit.
