This is a nice ride for young boys. The price is reasonable and the show is fun. I enjoy this experience. The effects are cheesy but they are fun.
Basically you sit in a thing that shakes and it tries to simulate an earthquake. We found it boring and a complete waste of money. Though we did have some laughs at the silliness of the whole thing; if it really emulated an earthquake we probably should have been scared...
A lot of people complain about this ride, but my kids and I liked it. For some reason people are expecting this ride to be like something at Universal Studios. Of course it isn't, but it gave my 9 and 5 year old a thrill.
I wish I checked Travel Advisor first! I have to agree with other folks review here. Waste of time. The kids would of have more fun if we just spent the money at McDonald’s. Never again!
don't waste your time and money. very cheesy. poor effects, and just plain boring. you will hate it and so will your kids.. don't do it.
Way too expensive, extremely boring and a major waste of time. I would rather watch the grass grow than pay for this embarrassment again.
Expensive, boring and its a earthquake alright...lol. What a joke! Not even close! It will leave you wanting your $$back. Worst attraction in gatlinburg.
I went into this ride with extremely low expectations. I assumed it would get dark, have some video on a screen in front of you, and shake around a lot. The ride does actually move on a track (although a very short distance) and there are physical sets and scenery that interact with the motion of the simulator-type ride vehicle.... More
