We were told that locally it was called the secret beach and it was, it was deserted. It was a lovely day out, warm water, clean sand and plenty of shade. Only problem was that it was hard to reach, short ride in a tuktuk, also no food nearby.

We stayed at Marari Beach Homestay, right on the beach. It's a new place with 2 very clean, nice, big rooms. The owner is very friendly and can provide lunch and dinner as well. Very recommendable!

Very clean and not crowded. Low coconut trees alongside give perfect shade from the sun too. We went to the part outside 'A Beach Symphony' where we were staying.

The beach is clean and nice. Good place to spend time with family. I enjoyed being there despite humid weather.

A romantic getaway! The resort mainly targets over night guests who are foreigners so its very difficult to get in there for a meal. Kerala Beaches are not like the ones in Goa or other parts of the Country.Its rough especially on Monsoon. Before going for Swim,talk to local people or get assistance from the resort staff. Foreigners ,Please respect the rules of the area.

white sand, no crowds, warm sea but the fishermen crap on the edge and the waves can be quite large.
