It stinks, and it's pretty disgusting. But it is certainly unique and entertaining whilst walking around Pike Place. Check it out.
So, when we found it, we realized we had forgot gum; So of course we had to run out and buy some... Yes, this place is pretty gross, but you can't help but take tons of pics, chew up some gum, and find a place to stick it! We were only in Seattle a couple of days, but knew this... More
This is worth a quick stop just to say you've seen it and maybe even contribute your own DNA to the wall. It's a wall in an alley at Pike Place Market covered in gum so it's not something you'd spend a sizeable amount of time at but it is impressive. Definitely a fun spot for pictures, lots of color... I admit it's gross if you think about it; bodily fluids from all those people . . . but it's also interesting and quirky. I like to think of it as art. Great back drop for funky portraits. It's essentially in Pike's, so it's worth a few minute detour.
Just what it says, this was gross but the 4 and 2 year old thought it was the coolest thing that they had ever seen. I brought gum so they could stick it on and they loved it. Super easy to find, go the the big sign and go down the alley.
I've been wanting to check this out for awhile, and glad I finally got the chance to! It was neat to see so much gum, and crazy at the same time because it's such a massive amount. There are also lots of cool pictures on the walls, it's just like another form of art. And about someone else's comment about... More
This is one of the most fascinating and repulsive sights I have ever seen. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is going to be at Pike's Market anyway. The alley is right next to the market, and easily accessible. People come and leave their "offering" of chewed gum, and often stick a little something up there with it... More
It's a cool wall filled with years of vandalism. Kind of a dirty city version of Juliet's Wall in Italy... kind of. This is something for people who like oddities and the weird part of YouTube. It was pretty smelly. I recommend 15 minutes or so on this.
This is the most vile "attraction" I have ever encountered. We stumbled upon this by accident and wish we hadn't! This has to be some sort of health code violation!!!
