Nice Luau, but was hampered by a rather large rain cloud. Really enjoyed the story told and food choices were very good. Loved the Pina Coladas :)

On our last night on Maui, we knew we needed to attend a luau. The Marriott in Wailea offers the Te Au Moana Luau, and was right down the street from where we were staying. Tickets were expensive and it was very crowded. The show was great - we were there during a competition so I think it was slightly...

We were married in the morning at secret cove and then took 18 of our guests to te au moana luau at night. Amazing night. Everyone had an awesome time. The staff were very friendly. The food was awesome. I am so glad we picked this luau the show was so good. The sunset in the background of the show...

I recently went to the luau at the Marriott in Wailea. The dancing and fire-sword dancing were great, the food was good, although the best thing was definitely the barbequed pig, but I found the MCs rather trite and tedious. All in all, it was a rather expensive "taste" of Hawaiian culture.
My husband and I just went to the luau on Friday 4.26, which happened to be a fire knife dancing competition as well. We were seated at a table with a few other couples our age, which was really nice. We didn't really think it was too cheesey or anything. The emcee was very entertaining and threw in a few...

Dinner was great food. Loved the location and looking over the ocean, we got there early and got nice seating. A lot of late comers ended up not having such great seats. Met some really fun people and enjoyed the show.
The Te Au Moana Luau was nice... it wasnt the best, but certainly not the worst. The food was very, very good. The entertainment was good. The emcee was a wee bit hokey for me. The grounds were so so. In my opinion the cost per adult was a bit much, but they did not charge for our child, so...

This was our second luau experience, we were much more impressed with the atmosphere and quality at this show. Everyone sat at round tables about 10 people per table which was better than the long tables at our first luau. The drinks were served at a couple of stands, no waiting in line - Mai Tai's were very good. My...

Front seats worth the premium. Well done, impressive talent, music, and beauty. Local artists are good. Food was tasty, good variety. drinks OK. Fun show, beautiful with sunset. Moves inside if rainy. Seating is at table, first come, first served. Women's bathroom somewhat far away, men's on grounds. Outside ticket sellers discount if asked, often have tickets if hotel says...

We had a great time at this luau. The only complaint from my group was that it started too early so it cut short the day's activities. Despite being a buffet, the food was tasty. The drinks were a bit too sweet in my opinion but definitely drinkable. Beautiful location and a great way to watch the sunset! Make sure...
