We've been up the tram on several occasions. It's great to take a picnic lunch and enjoy a romantic afternoon on the rocks. Or take the children up with a picnic lunch, wander the paths, take pictures and hand feed the chipmunks! What a fun day! Even when the weather is nice in Town - remember to take a jacket... More

The ride itself is smooth and beautiful. When you reach the top, make sure you have or buy peanuts for the ground squirrels who will eat them right out of your hand if you are still - the kids love love love this! The views and hiking areas are gorgeous - no better way to see Estes than from the... More

The Arial Tramway has been around for decades, and the tram itself was just updated and renovated last year, so safety is not a concern on this tram dangling hundreds of feet above Prospect Mountain. Once at the top, the views are breathtaking and you can feed the ever-hungry chipmunks...and, no, they do not carry rabies!

The weather was nice and warm , but this place , like many others in the area is already closed for the season. Don't understand it. I could understand if there were high winds or it was really cold and rainy, but it was warm and sunny while we were there so we went bowling instead

See Estes Park and Rocky Mountain National Park from the vantage point of a soaring eagle!!! A casual tram ride will deliver you to a beautiful area from which you can just about see forever! Hike about to get different vantage points, and don't forget to bring your peanuts, the friendly little chipmunks will delight you as they fill their... More

Maybe we lucked out but there were no lines when we went! Affordable and the views from the top are spectacular. We were a party of 2 adults and 2 kids - kids had a lot of fun, taking in the scenery on our way over and back. Trams are very safe, you reach a park at the top as... More

Quite an experience, well worth it. Incredible views from the top and a cute little shop with great outdoor space at the top.

A fun thing to do with the kids or for any visitors to do. You see the Estes Valley down below once you get to the top. I just takes a few minutes. If you don't like heights you may not like this, but it is perfectly safe. At the top you can take pictures of the little chipmunks racing... More
