Our experience was not what we expected. The group was much too large - our tour guide divided the group prematurely. As others have mentioned, this isn't really a "ghost tour," which I am willing to forgive. However, our tour guide was slightly offensive, quite arrogant, and not nearly as funny as he fancied himself. The tour itself is pretty boring-- you'd be better off doing a self-guided tour with a map and a guidebook.
