I thought the Grand Canyon was fabulous but the Yellowstone Canyon rivals it for sure. The waterfall is a beautiful part of the venue and I loved the various views. Absolutely gorgeous!

Yellowstone Canyon makes for some good photos, withits great waterfall and colorful rocks. I was lucky enough to explore it in a 2-hour ranger tour down into the canyon, which is well worth getting .

We debated whether or not to drive by the canyon on the way out of Yellowstone. We were really thankful that we spent the time to see the beauty of the canyon and waterfalls. If we had more time, we have enjoyed a hike as well.

There are SO many outlooks and trails to try, and they are all a distance away. WARNING: TRAILS ARE NOT FLAT!! The trails are more uphill than downhill. And uphill there are more stairs than ramps. Uncle tom's trail was great, long ascent back, 326 steps up the stairs, but you get a great view of the lower falls.

Not very popular, but spectacular views. It is a must see. The Canyon is about 24 miles. The rocks vary in color and look awesome. You can see geysers and steam vents along the canyon walls.

It was a beautiful view and scenery, however, a hard 'climb' down and harder climb back up. It was all on paved walks, but very steep and if someone is elderly or has aches/pains, it may be hard to get to.

This for me was probably the second best sight on Yellowstone after Lamar Valley. I have never seen such a magnificent waterfall in such unbelievable surroundings. Wow!!
