Was rather average IMO . Huge park with not a lot to see and quite expensive for what it is . Staff were very friendly and helpful . The day we went lots of things were closed so possibly just the time of year . Good if you have a day to spare and nothing else to do .

Great value for money, amazing up close experience with koalas, kangaroos, snakes and birdlife. Easy walking around the zoo even with a baby and stroller. Plenty of places to take a break or have something to eat. Great photo opportunities with the animals and heaps of live shows and demonstrations. Amazing animals up close. Kids will love it. Good value day out with plenty to entertain all ages. Pay a little extra and go on the Segway tour. Great tour guide and lots of fun.

Personally speaking, was not thrilled by the facility. Only attraction being the koala and some kangaroos.

We enjoyed the park which was a great experience yet were disappointed and surprised that the park gets involved with The holiday club, who try to swindle you into signing up for their timeshare scam. This is an expensive place to visit, only worth a few hours visit. Having said that you can go to bird feedings for free. Kids will love the miniature train around the sanctuary and a great playground which is all about wildlife. There's a few presentations you can attend, and a great section to interact with emus and kangaroos.

Took the family here in January 2013. Loved it. The children were able to see and touch the animals up close (kangaroo feeding). I was lucky enough to find a voucher on Living Social for this park which gave me discounted entry. I think if i had paid full price for entry I would have been unimpressed. The positives of my experience at Currimbin were the ground itself (nicely spaced out, markings on the signs to indicate steepness etc) and the animals themselves.... More

The sanctuary is a fantastic way to see Australia's native animals. The volunteer were very friendly and helpful and the free-flight bird show was amazing! That being said it is incredibly expensive for what it is and if I had a family, it definitely would not be worth the cost of taking them!
