This museum can be a little hard to find on foot, but it's extremely well done and a lot of fun. Looks totally modern, great photos and cars and a nice piece of Macao history for racing car buffs.

It was free entry when we went - and seems to have been that way for a while. Not the greatest collection of cars and bikes - a very local emphasis and some getting a bit dated. But if you're into motor racing it's only 30 minutes or so to look around, and there's also a wine exhibition next door....

Whether you're a Formula 1 racing fan or not, this museum provides a great history of the sport including many cars and a fun simulator that let's you test your driving skills on the Macau Grand Prix race course. This is a quick visit you can do in an hour.
we went there on 13th february 2013. Grand prix museum located in front of golden bauhinia statue macau. beside grand prix museum there's wine museum. inside grand prix museum you can see gallery of racing cars. although the entrance fee to grand prix museum was free. only few people came there. i guess people more interested to gamble in macau.
Like maritime museum, this one will be interesting if you are a fan. Other people will not understand why you took photo of car just because "M. Schumacher" and blood type is printed on cockpit, or even will ask who Ayrton Senna was. By the way, not only bolids but also some historical cars are there, including luxury official vehicle...

If you're a racing addict. This is the place to be. Lots of history, pictures, documentaries and display of cars.
This is a fun museum. It is free! It is small but well worth an hour of your time. You are up close and personal with many F1 cars. There are some videos of races plus a driving simulator. There is a fee for that. It is within walking distance of most of the casinos and hotels. It iis right...

Just remember this track because it has killed a lot of guys and Schumi nearly killed Hakki there in 1991... Good for sad memories... But a tiny smalllll...Expect more from a rich city like Macau.
There is no entrance fee to this museum.You can also take pictures inside. The museum is very clean and well maintained.
