Beautiful location, it is clear everybody at Glenfiddich is proud being part of one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland. Still owned by the family of the original founder. Well maintained, informative and interesting. Must do when in Dufftown.

The most amazing thing about this tour was that it was still FREE!!! We first did the tour about 20 years ago and thought it was good then, so coming back all those years later it was great to find that it hadn't changed except for getting better. After a short film we had a good tour of the processing...

On arrival we were greeted by a friendly receptionist who explained the options for tours to us
We were collected by our guide, who was friendly and knowledgable. Had a really good tour with the process of Whiskey distillation explained thoroughly.

Was it just bad luck, or did we come on an off day?
After watching the video we were split into two groups, however, one group would have been one person short in order to balance the numbers. As there was no single person and nobody wanted to split from their own small group there was an imbalance with one...

A wonderful tour of this beautiful distillery. Our guide Emma was superb and made our visit complete. Also a lovely shop and restaurant.
My first time going to a distillery and it was amazing. Staff were very welcoming and knowledgeable, beautiful place and scenery. Our tour guide Michelle was excellent and overall it was a great experience.
Glenfiddich truly provide an excellent service - providing a free tour, which includes a basic process description, history of the Grant family and their whisky heritage, tour of the p,ant and a sampling of not one but 3 drams of whisky - their 12, 15, and 18 year old. The tour is limited to the fermentation process, still room and...

As Glenfiddich is a household name i was expecting a commercialised distillery but i was so wrong. On arrival the approach road and the carpark were spacious and well laid out. A short walk from the carpark led to the distillery builings which were immaculate in appearance. the gardens were very picturesque and well maintained. As we arrived a little...

I confess that, like so many others, I grew up thinking of Glenfiddich as being the ubiquitous "vin ordinaire" of single malt whisky - but how wrong I was.
William Grant is the only remaining family run distillery, all others having been absorbed into the great global conglomerates, and this is also the only single malt to be diluted to...

We were recommended this place by locals in the pub near our holiday cottage. We were a little apprehensive because it is obviously a big company and also that the tour is free..it was brilliant! We ate in the restaurant before the tour. Lovely building with roaring fire. We had Cullen skink (local fish soup) and a sandwich. I had...
