Worth the trekking. You have to go up 150 stairs and another 150 stairs down to reach the lake, but it's all worth it. The water is clear and it's a mixture of salt and fresh. It's surrounded by big rocks like walls.
i thought when our boat docked, it was already kayangan lake. the water was clear and it looks ok. but our boatman said that it is not the lake yet. we had to do a short up and downhill hike (well if you are my age, short is relative) to get there. it just rained so we took our time...

The steep 150 steps up the mountain & another 150 down to Kayangan Lake is well worth it! The view of the surrounding sea and islands midway through the trek is simply spectacular! The fresh & salt water is crystal clear and just the right warmth. It's very uto take a dip after the trek to the lake, which will...

After hiking a short, but steep, path to the top, you get a great view of the lagoon below. the trip in...

As we were the first one to arrive at Kayangan lake that morning, the view is breath taking. the lake is enclosed and the only way to get there is to take a short hike up and down. water is refreshing, a mix of salt and fresh water. we had our guide all the time and he took our pictures...

Kayangan Lake is the most amazing place I've ever seen and experienced. It is Paradise!!. It's very amazing. The rock formations that you see under the water are truly unbelievable. Looks like the work of a sculptor. Never miss this tour. Coron is such a beauty. Include Siete Picados also if you love to snorkel. Truly wonderful! Great place!
Take your snorkel gear and enjoy a relaxing swim around the lake. A bit of a hike up and over but completely worth the effort.
