"While visiting Blue Mountain we took an opportunity to try out ridge runner. What a wild ride. You get pulled up a steep incline on sled, that is attached to a rail. Much like an individual roller coaster. Once at the top you ride the rail all the way to the bottom. For this 50 year old co..."uple we felt like we were teenagers again. Screaming all the way down. We did it 3 times that day. A must try.

"Its not a European salt spring but the closest Ontario has to offer.
We stayed for about 4 hours................ totally rested.
Noticed most do not take cold showers or dips.
For your health DO SO, it does something.
On the Tuesday we went there were maybe 100, imagine at some times its
crowde..."d but we had a great time.
Steam sauna, hot pools, COLD DIPS,
and then large rooms to read.
And no talking.
This is not a kiddies place, which is great.
A good deal in all
