Instead of growing so much sugar cane only one place was there in whole Mauritius here sugarcane juice was available near a market.   "We visited here during our day sightseeing with our tour guide. We were lucky enough to have a private tour guide aroudn the factory as all the other tourists were French and we were the only English.
