The only waterwheel operated Grist Mill in Western Canada. "Grist" is clean grain ready to be milled into flour. We are open from 9am to 4pm daily through the summer. This site offers an 1877 operational grist mill, tea room with a lunch menu, gardens, and gift shop featuring local artisans and heritage items. Our 11 site campground has water and power hook-ups. Each site backs onto Keremeos Creek. We are close to a wide range of other activities such as fishing, hiking, and wine tasting.

"Firstly the setting is so beautiful ... very peaceful and quiet when we were there. We were there off season tho so I don't know how busy it gets during the summer months. We've been here twice and enjoyed their informative programs ... great for kids and adults alike. Lovely walks around the gar..."dens and area ... I just love it!

"No out of shape hikers for the climb up from the base camp up to the Lodge on the LAKEVIEW TRAILHEAD to Quiniscoe Lake !!! Hardcore 10 mile steep vertical of about 4,000+ feet. Great hike! The lodge sits in a spectacular setting and once settled in you can have a great meal and some local spirits. W..."e did a full day hike from the lodge up to the top via the RIM TRAIL circling around Red, Quiniscoe and Pyramid mountains. We then hung our toes over Smokey the Bear, checked out the Giant Cleft and stopped and had lunch with the white mountain goats. Then down Lady Slipper trail to tour the 4 lakes (stopped for a quick cold dip). Take a camera - it is a must - even tho you can't capture the real beauty up there. This is a hike that you should not miss....
