Wootton Hall is a unique meeting place in the heart of Royal Wootton Bassett, a community sitting room equipped for young and old, for relaxation and fun. We have lots to do including family history, a vintage record player, knitting and crochet, papercrafts, a WW2 sewing machine, books, board games, children's toys, air hockey, refreshments and more, all available for you to use! The Hall is in Sparrow Lane, a secluded pedestrian walkway just off the High Street in Royal Wootton Bassett. The hall is over 100 years old and for many years it belonged to the Royal British Legion, who we support wholeheartedly. Behind the hall there is a grassy garden with picnic tables, and occasionally bouncy castles! The Hall is available to hire during opening hours on a non-exclusive basis, (public admitted at all times). A charge is made for commercial events, and a donation is requested for free or charitable events. The Hall is also available for exclusive hire out of hours, i.e. after 3pm daily and all day on Sundays.Wootton Hall is a privately owned social enterprise and a proud member of Visit Witshire.
