"Got a present of this canoe trip from my wife(the last time I sat in a canoe was well over 30 years ago)--------maybe she had plans for my demise!!!!!.
However it was a great day, well planned and organised by Charlie, beautiful scenery/wildlife/birdlife and a lovely mild day on a much underrated ri..."ver Barrow, lots of white water to keep the daredevils happy and a nice flow on the river that allowed the arms to relax every now and again.
Would highly recommend GOWITHTHEFLOW to anybody who likes the fresh air and a great water experience.

"The visit to Kilkenny Castle was very enjoyable. Beautifully restored. It's just mind boggling to envision a place that was continuously lived in for 800 years! My favorite room was the picture gallery wing where the portraits of those who lived in the castle and important visitors of the time ar..."e hanging. Being able to put a face to a name really brings the history to life. The audio visual before the tour is worthwhile and a good place to start.
The manicured lawns are lovely as are the views around the castle. The day we visited, there was what looked like a 5K or something in progress and the runners came along the path behind the castle. It's neat to see how the castle is still incorporated into the community. We loved cheering some of the children on as they ran by.
I would definitely recommend visiting.

"I got this river trip as a present. It proved to be a great present. Charlie went out of his way to speak to everyone on the trip. Within the space of a few minutes we were shooting the first weir and the action just got better from there. There was some fantastic weirs to shoot and a few "splashes"..." of water along the way!!!
The stretch of river we were on had a mixture of white water and calm water so it was a great mix.
The scenery along the way was magical and Charlie pointed out historic points of interest along the route.
Along the way Charlie takes pictures which he puts up on facebook for people to view. There were some hilarious of our trip.
Thank you to Charlie and his assistant Rachel for making it a great day to remember.
I'd highly recommend GoWithTheFlow to anyone.
