RECOMMENDED STAY: 1-2 WEEKS LOCATION: located in the mountains, one minute away from the river. Took ca 1hour 20 minutes to drive from Salzburg airport. ..." AMBIENCE: very friendly family hotel where everything is well-thought to make children happy. ROOM: we booked a suite - quite spacious about 45 sq mr including main room and small room with two-story bed for children. Change of sheets once every fews days. SERVICE: the reception staff leaves at 9pm, which can be a big nuisance. When we arrived, we discovered that there was no soap in all of 3 soap containers. As we arrived in the evening, it was too late as the reception closed at ca 9pm. We tried to find some help but in vain ... That is irritating although overall level of service and staff desire to help is very high. Some staff are foreign, mainly from Czech Rep and Slovakia... " More >
